katportalclient is now available on pypi.org #49

This is just to inform users that katportalclient is now available on pypi.org. see https://pypi.org/project/katportalclient/

We are placing it on pypi and versioning it as the next release(v0.2.0) and merge to master will introduce changes to the API that will affect how the client interacts with development and production environments.

Packages using katportalclient against a production environment will require to use v0.1.0 unless stated otherwise.
