Add some missing XMI parser types #101

Testing with SKALoggerDevice raised an attribute error: https://github.com/ska-sa/tango-simlib/blob/af6311e91bf2894b1d149ea1d97f8653e451adbe/tango_simlib/utilities/sim_xmi_parser.py#L449-L451 Additional types are taken from the Pogo source code.
