Updated install scripts. Repo now includes a environment.yml file for building a conda environment, and missing dependencies added to the pyproject.toml.
Corrected AAVS2 antenna locations. These had been replaced with AAVS3 locations, causing imager + calibration to fail.
Update tests. The tests were calling for data not stored within the repo; paths have been updated.
