Sensor unavailable #40

It seems VW made an update a couple of weeks ago since then I can't get the sensor working, it always states unavailable:

(I have a VW Id.4)

checks I did:

Enterd the VIN in uppercase
Username & pass works in the app/the info in the app is up-to-date
Removed the entire integration/reinstalled it
logged in on the VW site and accepted the new terms & conditions

Anybody any idea's what I could try to fix this?

I have the same issue, seems no one is checking it or working on it.

The following log entry arrives after rebooting homeassistant: 2023-06-22 17:55:07.438 ERROR (MainThread) [custom_components.vwid.sensor] Error retrieving data NoneType: None

@BMWfan I'm now using https://github.com/mitch-dc/volkswagen_we_connect_id works great!

Sorry for not following up this issue. As this is a component I maintain primarily for my own use, I'm not troubleshooting issues that appear specific to some setups. (The component still works stable on my setup.) It might be that your VW accounts requires a newer version of the API or similar. If I come across this issue myself I will fix it, or if someone posts some log entries or findings that I can use for troubleshooting I might have a look at it. For now I can only suggest using a different component of you are seeing this issue.
