Drains appear to delete germs. #67

Bringing in germ polluted water seems to filter out/delete germs.

Also, they don't seem to care about temperature.

Last command was the temperature of the block itself, but it also outputs liquid at a static temperature. So liquids such as hydrogen instantly break the pipe.

hmm odd, I had to build a germicidal lamp chamber to prevent germs from making it into the reservoir and at least once had to use chlorine to purge germs from tank contents, about a week ago or two
