Generalize the use of .yaml config instead of settings.py #28

@julian-r started to implement a generator.yaml config file to save settings. Goal is to expand its use. It might also be the right time to definitely remove the (untested and deprecated) python generator.

Can be removed : FHIRDependencyRenderer and FHIRFactoryRenderer (+ associated templates) not used anymore.
