This PR improves error handling in sendTransaction method - used both in metaport and portal. Added parseErrorMessage to get the revert reason from the response.

Also:

Added Enkrypt wallet support
Added new SKALE Testnet support
Updated multiple dependencies (no breaking changes)

Minor change, no performance changes, no tests added.
