"Get sFUEL" doesn't work #218

Describe the bug After getting sFUEL, "Get sFUEL" button appears again and transfer is blocked

Version: 2.2.0-develop.0

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Connect to Portal with new account (without sFuel)
  2. Choose any transfer (M2S, S2S, S2M)
  3. Click on "Get sFUEL" button and wait while it's getting sFUEL
  4. See "Get sFUEL" again, transfer is blocked

Expected behavior After getting sFUEL transfer is unblocked
