Transfer is blocked by ETH check #224

Describe the bug Transfer from Mainnet to Nebula (through Europa) is blocked by ETH check, even if ETH balance is ok.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Connect new account (that wasn't connected before)
  2. Choose Mainnet to Nebula transfer
  3. See "⛽ You need ETH to perform a transfer"
