ETH in ERC-20 does not show up in Available Tokens #254

Describe the bug The Available Tokens list is very useful for developers building with ERC-20 tokens. ETH is a popular choice, however, it does not show up in ERC-20 format on any of the SKALE Chains.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://portal.skale.space/chains/nebula
  2. Click on Available Tokens
  3. Note no ETH available

Expected behavior The token should show up
