sometimes sgxwallet does not respond on zmq calls

I am going to add more threads to the sgxwallet bring performance to the max. If the performance is still the issue, the customer needs to install more wallets …

Verified Didn’t noticed any problems during 1hr cat tests and turn-off/turn-on ZMQ ports on SGX, connectivity to SGX were restoring successfully
