SKALE Proxy is high performance, easy-to-run public service that provides proxied and load-balanced JSON-RPC endpoints for SKALE chains. It is based on NGINX.
We need to add a simple docker health check to the proxy_admin container, since endpoints collection may stuck sometimes.
The same health check is already used in the skale_admin.
