Schain metrics are not processed without metadata #72
Describe the bug
If chain metadata wasn't added to skale-network repo, after adding that chain to the network, chain metrics aren't displayed on Portal.
Expected behavior
Chain metrics are automatically processed and displayed on portal, after adding new chain to the network.
