Investigate re-enabling the Multi-Domain Loader Optimization #216

There are bugs in .Net 2.0's loader optimization that affect remoting. 
However they can be worked around.

We should investigate whether the use of the optimization significantly
reduces memory footprint since the test runner can currently take up quite
a lot of memory if there are multiple test assemblies in different domains.
