Set up continuous integration server for Gallio

Pretty much just needs to check out source, run Build.msbuild with the
build server target and put the binaries someplace useful.  Note that the
unit tests will run as part of that target.

I think the current set up is broken.  We should find a more permanent and
reliable home for it.

Bonus points: Enhancing the build process to put the MbUnit report XML file
in the build folder and then merging it into the CCNet build artifacts so
that we can see unit test results in CCNet.  I'm not too fussed about this
right not because we're still working on the HTML report XSLT for Gallio.

I'm going to look into obtaining hosting space just for critical infrastructure 
like
this.  Our existing setup running on Jamie Cansdale's box won't scale.
