[GWT] Per project errors/warnings preferences #248

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create GWT project in eclipse
2. Open project preferences
3. Expand Google

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be "Errors/Warnings" node like in workspace preferences 
(Window\Preferences).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.4.2

Sorry, need more details for this. Can you show a screenshot of the problem? 
Also, can you look at your error log (Window -> Show View -> Error Log) to see 
if there's anything there that you're noticing?

Compare attached screenshots. One is of workspace preferences and the other is 
of project preferences of a project with GWT enabled. The latter lacks 
"Errors/Warnings" node under "Google".

There are some errors in error log but I don't think they're related.

Oh I understand what you mean - you'd like to have project-level overrides of 
the Errors/Warnings for App Engine and GWT.

Re-opening as a feature request.
