The comment refers to the Download button on the Preferences > Google > Web 
Toolkit page, which currently opens a browser pointed to 
http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/download.html, resulting in a 404. CL 
62491103 changes the URL to http://www.gwtproject.org/download.html.
