Channel Up and Down buttons #13

What would be required to add support for channel up and down buttons? The same as the fatsharks have? Some modules such as the clear view use these buttons for changing channels within a band.

One of the three pins required for that is used for serial communication with the true-d modules at the moment. I can imagine adding this but then you have to decide in-between serial support OR channel switching buttons before uploading the code to the arduino.
