large margins for russian text #224

Is this when generating SVG output? Then a "rendering context" is not available so we cannot measure the text dimensions. So the boxes are larger to be on the safe side.

But I can have a look, because this looks worse than expected.

Closing this as it only affects the svg renderer. The latin alphabet has hard coded widths for better support. If there is high demand I could add other alphabets as well.
