I'd personally like to see no UI elements. I know it's there, just move mouse over and it'll pop out. I don't need visual feedback. The green line and little box icons are not necessary, and mess up my beauty theme :P

it is not the box icons..it is the lock/move to the other side/tree over the editor for quick view..icons..check the animated gif..I have used the octicons for the icons..not sure why don't see ..can you uninstall and reinstall
