When I use Open in browser to launch a new chrome window it launches my page twice.

I'm using Windows 10, Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit) and Atom version 1.13.0

you might be having open-in-browser as well this open-in-browsers installed. uninstall one of them
