Support relative paths in `proj.json` `folder` #49

Hi,

Looks like a very useful tool...

I'd just like to request that proj.json support a folder which can be a relative path (including when empty) resolved relative to the project.

Besides being easier to set in a lot of cases, it could support proj.json being more portable and useful to check into one's repo.
