[Live server has stopped] as soon as I try and start server #52

Hey, when I try and run the live server, it will open up the ip 127.0.0.1:3000 in chrome but then go to the site can not be reached. This also happens if I do localhost:3000 in my browser. I have checked/disabled all firewalls and made sure chrome wasn't blocking atom. I am unsure of how to proceed. Thanks in advance.
