Bugfix: cope with newest Teleboy version.

Teleboy changed the location of some php scripts, which broke the addon.

Changes:

• ajax.php does not exist anymore, use /tv/player/ajax/liveChannelParams instead
• do a HTTP GET instead of POST
• getserver.php is now under /proxy/player/getserver.php

The changes are under the master branch.
