Performance improvements #10

Now based on the new json-api, less dependent on the HTML page content.

Hi Filippo,

Thank you for your pull request, and sorry for not paying attention to it. There have been two reasons for not pulling your changes: 1) I recently became father (again), that took me quite far away from computers. Actually from almost everything that we would call a hobby :smile: 2) your pull request contained too much changes split over too much commits.

For a next time, please merge commits that belong to the same logical thing into one commit. But I switched to teleboys json API anyways, so the speed situation should improve. I expect the gain to be much bigger than the tuning of BeautifulSoup.
