Change of e-mail address #118

I thought I had put this in earlier, but can't find it so will enter it again.

A way is needed to allow a user to change e-mail. Login, and more critical the e-mail that info is sent to. Right now - even if a person updates the e-mail field in their profile all e-mails are sent to the e-mail used in their log-in address.

People would like to change the address (when an e-mail is no longer active, for example) so they can keep all the class info they have entered from past years.

Users can change their email address if they log in. If they also forgot their password, an admin will have to edit their user (admin menu, users, then select the user) -- change their email, then if needed click on "send password reset instructions"
