Password recovery/change #140

I can not get the system to give me a way to either recover my password or change it. I keep getting a message that something went wrong

@CharlesOConnor, I have fixed this now. It was a config error on my part, where I was trying to send mail using a name that was not allowed in the current email system I'm using.

If you attempt to recover, it should work now.
