Changes to class registration form for Performing Arts

After much discussion with the Performing Arts Track Coordinator I need the following changes made to the "Topic" area of the form:

• Remove "Music" as a Topic
  • Change the Topic "Performing Arts" to "Performing Arts and Music"
  • Under "Performing Arts and Music" Topic (see above) - make the following changes to SubTopics:
    • Remove "Instrumental" as a SubTopic
    • Add "Vocal Music"
      • Add "Instrumental Music"
        • Under Locations available for the Performing Arts Track Coordinator- There is one called "New PA Tent" or "Loud PA Tent" --- this should be called the "Performing Arts Rehearsal Tent"
        • Under "Special Needs" I need a check box that is "Instrumental or Vocal Performance"
        • Add a new Topic "Performance" with the Sub-Topics of: "Bardic", "Commedia", "Music", "Storytelling", "Theater" (a total of 5 sub-topics)

Note that topics are not track specific. Changing this will cause all items that were traditionally placed under "music" to need to be placed under "Performing Arts and Music" -- which I'm QUITE ok with. It's just something to note for instructors.

The change to Performing Arts and Music is OK - I have talked with the track coordinators and they are talking to instructors. Thanks for bringing it up. I just looked - this all looks great!
