10 years ago - "music" and "bardic" tracks dropped. "Performing Arts" changed to "Performing Arts and Music" (although why music is not an art eludes me...
For the tracks which are not override-able, this is a defect. I will open a ticket and resolve that there.
- A&S 17 added to Pennsic University track. As there is no override list, but that consists of all possible locations, it's also there. :)
- Locations added for Event and Court.
- in-persona only has room A&S 8 now.
- parent-child only has A&S 6 now.
- Party has Great Hall, Battlefield, and Rune Stone Park.
- Removed Great Hall and Rune Stone Park from Performing Arts and Music, and added A&S 9.
- Adding a check-box for "in persona" for special needs.
The outside range date scheduling is something I will need to re-implement for this year, as the calendar selector used limits the dates. I will make it so admin can choose an alternate date range, which consists of all the days at Pennsic. I will open a ticket for that.
Tech Services and UPoint Chancellor have agreed on the tent arrangement in the University proper. To get everything ready for the track coordinators I need the following changes made to the authorizations/available locations/Tracks.
First to the tracks: Drop the Track Name "Music" Drop the Track Name "Bardic" Modify the Track Name "Performance Arts" to "Performance Arts and Music"
The following Tracks do not have a list of locations appear when I ask to "Override" the locations: They need to have the full list of locations appear when "override" is selected by an Admin: "Court" "Event" "Party"
The following changes need to be made to the "default" list of locations that a track coordinator sees(associated with a track): Add "A&S17" to both "Pennsic University" and "Override" Add "Great Hall" to "Court" and to "Event" Add "Rune Stone Park" to "Event" Modify "in-Persona" track from "A&S 15" to "A&S 8" as default locations. Modify "Parent/Child" track from "A&S 8" to "A&S 6" as default locations. Add "Great Hall", "Battlefield" and "Rune Stone Park" to the "Party" Track as default locations. Modify "Performance Arts and Music" by removing "Great Hall", and "Rune Stone Park" and add ""A&S 9" When I select "Override" for the following tracks-no list of locations appears (need the list of all locations to pop up)- "court", "event" and "party"
Under "special needs" add a check box for "in-persona"
Lastly (I think) - last year, as an admin, I could schedule classes outside the actual university days (used for setup of Euro. Dance tent) - I will need that same ability this year.
