admin need to be able to schedule to all days, not just class days #92

Will you need to schedule outside Pennsic days, or just outside normal class times?

Absolutely outside of the regular days (had to enter events for setting up and tearing down PA and Euro Dance before/after University days last year. Times - I am not sure. Can't look at the site at this moment (it says something is wrong when I go there - will try again later) to see what the allowable hours are. If it is easy to add - how about 6am to 11pm? If outside of that, there are serious issues that must be considered.

The site is fixed. Ruby 1.9.3 (which I stupidly removed testing on) requires no space in a place where Ruby 2.0 allows.

Let me be more specific in my question. Right now, the days are limited to "university class days" but it sounds like you want to allow scheduling on all Pennsic days. Is this right? I assume there are no events that will appear on a schedule for 2014 that are outside Pennsic days.

As for hours, I allow any hour at all :)

For the registrar/admin they need to schedule on all Pennsic days - not just the University days. As for hours - no problem. Thanks for the awesome and very timely help!
