XMLRPC not up #17

Hi, I would like to run rtorrent from emacs with M-x mentor. With the default mentor configuration, rtorrent does not start with : 

helm-M-x: xmlrpc not up after 10 seconds: (file-error make client process failed Connection refused :name scgi :buffer  *scgi /home/alex/.emacs.d/mentor/rtorrent.rpc*-867768 :remote /home/alex/.emacs.d/mentor/rtorrent.rpc)

I'm using emacs 26.2. Thanks !

After reinstalling the package, I can no longer reproduce the issue. So, closing it.
