includedir is now being used #1

Hi Laurent, I couldn't get this to build with an alternative PREFIX (/usr/local/skarnet), this is how I got it to work.

The omission of includedir is intentional. Everything works automagically if you're using the default, but as soon as you're deviating from the default, you're supposed to know what you're doing and must provide all the appropriate options to configure.
