added usage to README.md #3

Hi, I love the game. However, when I played for the first time, I had a hard time finding game rules and operating methods. So I think that it is better for the operation method to be listed in the README.

This PR is an example, but what about putting Usage in this way?

Hi, Ryo glad you love the game. Thanks for pointing out the issue. I have put github.io link in header, but it might be better to add it in README.md too. How about adding it as a sheild??

Something like: Go to game

This makes it more visible.
