Stand-alone version of MultiProperlties #28

Sometimes non-dev people need to edit or review the translations. An Eclipse 
plugin is not the best option to use for them. A stand-alone version could be 
great in this case.

Hi folks, As we work under netbeans, but we loved this plugin, we decided to implements the eclips plugin as a netbean plugin. The project is called "MultiProperties" (hosted here on github). As we need to have external people handling our translation, we also deployed a standalone version of our plugin, you can try it at http://tools.knop-tech.com (beta version for the moment).
