Localization support is missing #9

The plugin supports only English user interface. To enable to use other 
languages, the plugin must support the localization.

Solved, each represented text is taken from properties files.
Currently hungarian and english translations are available.
The MultiProperties Editor itself is used for handling these properties files. 
This is a little bit more than proof-of--concept.
