unable to perform 'loot' command on g1 #40

On the g1, when I try to loot a box, I press alt and the 'l' button but get a: 
unknown 
command ' error.

how do you do it?
on a g1?
i click the physical keyboard's alt key and then 'l'
do you do it differently?

You must type the hash character to enter extended commands, ala comment 1.

Yeah, like others said, #loot should work fine.
