Save metadata for model interpretation

• Save metadata on molecule names, color atom identities, etc. for use in consistency checking and model interpretation.
• Add visualize_weights.py for annotating molecules with learned feature weights, which can be visualized in VIDA.
• Other changes supporting revisions of the paper.
