Crossposting news to facebook/twitter/g+ #10

Currently our cms automatically posts any new blog entry to twitter. It would be cool to have this feature for facebook/twitter and google+. This is of course very wishful thinking and of very low priority.

@ChrisOelmueller from issue #9 Our current cms provides a Twitter module of some sorts that used to work at some distant point in the past. Being able to post small-ish updates through the official social media accounts would be nice - I'm highlighting twitter because that's the one service that we were able to do this with in the past.

The module i was referring to allowed posting stuff on twitter (as opposed to mirroring news posts). Content > Tweet Made Simple definitely does not work anymore.
