imp-visit-buffer with prefix arg #11

Execute command M-x imp-visit-buffer with prefix arg (C-u), web browser displays buffer-list instead of buffer contents.

Thanks! I tweaked it with a follow-on commit to make the argument optional so that the interface doesn't break.
