Could you please add support for using a downloaded version of jQuery? I tried adding the jQuery library to the skewer-js-hook but it appears after skewer.js's code so causes an error.

Use case: I DOPT (Develop On Public Transport). :)

I knew this day would come. Skewer now hosts its own jQuery at /skewer/jquery in ad3dd94.
