Enhancement: Opacity slider and more precise bar height control #2

Hi there, I've been trying to find a plugin like this for a while so I appreciate you making this, but I have a couple of suggestions.

  1. Add an opacity slider to the color picker
  2. Have the height of the bar function as the same way as the width, so we can can make the bars thinner.

I'm completely unaware of what kind of limitations there are on what you can add to the customization, but it would be awesome if we could just have a little more control over the design.

I think both of these suggestions are not currently possible with the implementation of "bars" in runelite but I'll see what I can do
