Update app.postcss comment #38

I noticed the comment at the top of app.postcss was a little wonky so I wanted to fix it.

This changes

/*place global styles here */

to

/* Place global styles here */

Hi,

Just FYI, CSA was moved into the main mono repo a while ago and it's completely my bad for not archiving this repo. The comment is no longer in the codebase due to all the V2 changes.
