Window dragging doesn't work on linux & windows #14

This may be working as intended, but the WebkitAppRegion: 'drag' css class doesn't seem to work on linux and windows.

Would be nice to know why or how to fix?

This may have been the Vignette component I was using. Now that it is gone, try again.
