About page doesn't scroll #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press "Menu"
2. Click "About"
3. Rotate screen horizontal (either by tilting or opening keyboard,
depending on your setup.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The about page is taller than the space given to it on the screen. It ought
to scroll to reveal the hidden information, but it doesn't.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
