python39.dll error #100

Error loading Python DLL 'C:\Users\836D~1\AppData\Local\Temp_MEI92642\python39.dll'. No error messages generated.

I can't work with this issue since some key info is missing:

  1. which version of pypykatz
  2. which version of windows
  3. is it the precompiled exe or how did you run pypykatz?
  4. was there AV?
  5. ....
