Licensing in the OSX backend is unclear #53

Some of the code files in the cocoa/ directory contain the following notice:

Copyright 2011 Rutgers University. All rights reserved.

and lack any mention of a license. This seems to be add odds most of the other files in this package which mention the Apache license explicitly.

Does Rutgers University really own the copyright on pieces of code, and if so then exactly how and why does this package have the rights to use it?

I hope this is just a small oversight that can be corrected. As it stands, I feel reluctant to use this package when the license of those parts is in question.

Hopefully @skelterjohn can clarify, but at a guess he was attending Rutgers when he created gomacdraw.

I'm curious about this as well. As it stands, the licensing of this package as a whole is quite unclear (there's no LICENSE file and different parts of it seems to have different licenses).
