electricsleep would start up on its own #79

What version of ElectricSleep are you using?
0.6.2 beta

On what android device and android version?
samsung captivate froyo 2.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.kill the program with task manager
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? the program would start 
up by itself

I can't really do anything about this, seeing as task killers abnormally 
interrupt application lifecycles and processes. In fact, it is not even my code 
that is re-starting ElectricSleep- it is android itself. I can't do anything 
about this, sorry.
