Choose alarm sound #80

I think this is very easy to implement but i have heard some of my friends ask 
about it.

At this moment it only uses the default alarm sound. It would be really nice to 
choose your own alarm sound.

Additionally a fade-in option would be welcome bonus!

In my current development build, I have expanded the collection of sounds that 
you may choose from, but I don't know a really good way to let you use custom 
sounds yet. Merged into alarm improvement.
