This PR provides a number of general improvements towards v0.2.0

Major documentation overhaul (fixes #10)
CRAN check fixes for a functioning package
Remove any potential matrix drops (fixes #13)
Improve speed of predict.mildsvm()
Remove the message from pROC package (fixes #6)
