Bug: Gradient tool links palettes #146

When I use the new gradient tool added by lucky (which is great!) there is an issue where the colours generated by the tool are linked to any new palettes created from that palette.

For example, I have a palette "Pal A" and I use the gradient tool on swatch 1. I create a new palette, "Pal B" from Pal A. I use the gradient tool on swatch 1 of Pal B, and this then also affects swatch 1 of Pal A.
